My father was placed there to receive physical therapy for his back after a stay in the hospital. In his time there my family called at least 3 to 6 times a day to get updates. He was on the 2nd floor and we were put through to the 2nd floor nurses station. Not one time did someone answer the phone at the nurses’ station. NOT ONE TIME in the week that he was there and calling several times a day. My sister was able to get updates from the head nurse because she was given his direct number.

The rehab guy was taking care of three or four people at once, so my uncle did nothing with the little barbell when he was unmonitored. They did not provide my uncle a bed at night. They said that he tried to get out of the bed and they did not have enough help to watch him.
